I LOVED the idea of a team handling the sale. While Nancy was helping me through the tour, Mark was with the inspector making sure this place was solid. Mark and Nancy were thorough and very knowledgeable. These two were also very fun! They made buying a home fun! I know! Usually it's a horrible experience, not with the Roe Team. Also, I had questions that I emailed at all hours of the night; most were answered THAT night! Very unexpected. Phone calls were answered *promptly* and handled with ease. These two go above and beyond to make sure all the "I 's" were dotted and the T's crossed and the sale was a breeze. I will never use another realty company in Bangor.
