One attendant. Didn't pay attention to my car at all even when I got there first. Was very curt and rude. Did not listen to me was all rush rush rush. Did not change my tire correctly which resulted me in having to return for them to REDO the job. Very dissatisfied. Would not return. Would not recommend.
I have been going to them for years. In the past I would always get a straight answer and trusted that they were telling me the truth. However this last time I had my car towed to them and they told me that I had internal engine issues and should replace the engine. They really weren't sure what the issue was with the engine but it should be replaced. When I asked is they could look a little deeper to see what was going on they stated that they don't really do engines but would drop in a new one if I purchased one and then started that it would be at least two weeks before they could do that since they now have contacted with a few rental car companies. Apparently they no longer have have time for the average customer. I will no longer be using their services. Worst car mechanic experience that I have ever had.
They have fast friendly and polite workers with the old school service
I like that I can pay with cash at the pump.
