I felt like a valued customer which is not a feeling you would get at a big box store. And the best thing is the prices are just as good as the other places! No reason to shop anywhere else. I have purchased over 8 items from this company and thought it was best to buy local. With my experience today I have been so sadly mistaken for their customer service. I have never had a service call from this company but with this said I have purchased my item for my 2nd home, which is just getting installed and have asked for a service call to see what the issue is. Service call $130.00 normally and since it has been so long to install my dishwasher, which is brand new, they stated $85.00 for a service call. Hundreds of dollars to this company. Yes I understand it has been 10 years but really this is why you buy local for service.
