What I ordered and what was actually received were 2 completely different things. Disappointed is an understatement. *UPDATE*After emailing my concerns, they quickly sent me back an email and offered to send out another bouquet. Customer service was excellent.

Beautiful flowers and flower arrangments. People are very friendly. If I was to say anything bad about this place it would be they are expensive
